Before starting your assessment, make sure that you have understood the objectives (I) and the key concepts (II) of the tool. Afterwards, you can start your individual assessment by clicking on III. Start your assessment and choosing the group you identify most with (see III. Key concepts). Under “IV. Overview of my assessments” you will find an overview of your assessments. This may include the individual assessment (common group based on selected job level) or a group assessment, that you have been invited to take part in. In “V. Analysis” you can revisit results of your assessment.
